On August 15, Independence Day was celebrated with great fervor at JAKARIA BARABANKI by the organization. The festivities began with a morning procession, followed by the hoisting of the flag by the Gram Pradhan Jakaria , and the organization’s Director , Afsana Khan. A total of 86 artisans participated in the event, which featured various programs such as rangoli competitions, singing competitions, dance performances, mehendi competitions, Plantation , ek ped maa ke naam and speech contests. Participants were honoured with medals and momentos as tokens of appreciation for their participation.
